Our self-serve process is designed with simplicity in mind.

What sets us apart is our innovative self-serve process. Imagine having the freedom to explore and savor a wide range of wines and beverages at your own pace. Our user-friendly system allows you to dispense the perfect pour, whether it’s a 1-ounce tasting or 2.5, 5 or 8 ounce glass. No need to wait for a bartender – the choice is entirely yours!

How It Works

Purchase a digital band from our friendly staff. Start a tab by exchanging your credit card for a wine band at the check-in station.

Scan your band into our state-of-the-art self-serve machine.

Self-Serving Safely & Responsibly

Due to the nature of self-serve wine dispensers, prioritizing safety and responsibility is paramount. At JBiRD, we have implemented the following policies to guarantee a secure and responsible self-service experience.

  • No wine bands are permitted to leave the premises
  • Wine bands are attached to a credit card.
  • Any customer using the wine dispensing machines may be asked for identification at any time.
  • After 19 oz of wine and 32 oz re-authorization of your band is required.
  • Wine bands will be locked if the holder of the card is visibly intoxicated.
  • If you leave with your wine band you will your credit card on file will be charged for consumption. Plus an additional $3.00 charge will be applied for the wine band.

We believe great wine should be accessible to all. We are the first in Wyandotte to offer a unique experience. Our tap machines give you the option to try 48 different drinks on tap in 1oz, 2.5oz, 5oz and 8oz pours. We change up our offerings almost weekly, so be sure to stop by for fresh new finds!
